A medical center in our servicing region that offers educational programs and clinical training through its schools of Health Professions, Medicine, Nursing, and Graduate Studies.

The Problem

The customer has struggled to keep their housekeeping department up to date with the most efficient use of their consumable products and fail-proof dispensing equipment throughout their campus.

How We Solved It

After struggling with the current vendor’s performance, the Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities contacted Jill Ward, Massco Sales Consultant. After the initial meeting, Jill conducted a facility audit of the campus. “One of Jill’s best qualities is her ability to listen and provide solutions to those challenges. Within one week of our first meeting, Jill was back in our office with a variety of solutions. I appreciate Jill’s sense of urgency and willingness to educate our staff on areas that need improvement.”

Within 120 days of the initial meeting, the entire campus was upgraded with dispensing equipment that ran more efficiently and provided higher quality products to staff and patrons.
