Tony Savaiano has served Massco as President since he founded the company in 1982, and has overseen its growth from a small startup to one of Wichita’s largest and most respected facility supply companies. Tony has worked in the janitorial, maintenance, and facility supplies industry since the age of fifteen, and his experience and expertise is represented in his membership on many Industry Advisory Councils. Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University. He and his wife, Peggy, have been married for 44 years and have three children and eight grandchildren.
Bob Coats is a chief financial officer with more than twenty years’ experience in the distribution services industry. A credentialed CPA since 1979, his experience spans a number of industries and accounting disciplines. Prior to his time at Massco, Bob was an audit and accounting partner with a regional public accounting firm. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Kansas State University and is a member of both state and national CPA societies. Bob is also actively involved at Pathway Church, where he serves on the board of elders, as well as numerous other programs and committees. He and his wife, Jan, have been married for 41 years, with two grown children and three grandchildren.
Tina MayDirector of Marketing
Tina May is the Director of Marketing for Massco and has been a part of the team for over 30 years. While she has held various roles at the company, Tina most enjoys working with sales, marketing and the supplier community, combining resources to win in the marketplace. Tina is a member of various industry groups and appreciates the opportunity to network with others and share best practices. She takes an active role in leading and participating in key objectives aligned with Massco’s strategic plan. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University. She now lives in Overland Park with her husband and two sons, and is often found in the stands cheering them on at baseball and football games.
TJ WhiteIT Manager
TJ White, Director of IT, has over three decades of IT experience. TJ enjoys the challenges of his position and works hard to ensure all IT systems run smoothly to best serve Massco’s team members and customers. TJ has played a large part in the implementation of Massco’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), along with our online ordering system. TJ lives in Riverside with his wife, Rene’, and son, Logan. In his spare time, he enjoys running and drumming.
Matt Hampton serves as Controller for Massco, a position he has held since 2012. His accounting and finance career spans nearly three decades, and Matt has also held the position of Executive Director of Lose the Training Wheels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching people with disabilities to ride bicycles. A Wichita native, Matt is a graduate of Northwest High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. He enjoys running, reading, fishing, mountain biking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, working on small engines, and singing on the worship team at his church. Matt and his wife, Lisa, have seven children, ranging in age from 12 to 25.
Tom WarhurstPurchasing Manager
Tom Warhurst is the purchasing manager of Massco, Inc. His career at Massco began in the warehouse, but he was promoted to his current position less than a year later. His purchasing experience goes back to his first job buying old books and comics for a local bookstore. A Wichita native, proud Wichita State Shocker and recreational softball player, Tom still lives in the area he has always called home with his significant other, Ellie, and their son, Troy.
Jonathan JonesHR Generalist
Jonathan Jones, Director of Human Resources, has been with Massco since 2017. He has been in the HR field since 2011, working in Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution industries. Jonathan is passionate about working with employees and maximizing their career success. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree from Wichita State University. A native of Hutchinson, Kansas, Jonathan lives in Wichita with his wife, Mollie. He carries his dedication to serving people into his spare time, where he enjoys volunteer work.
