A rural school district with 5 buildings.

The Problem

The previous buyer bought from anyone who stopped in to see them, therefore they had more products than they needed and no programs to speak of. The customer had used Massco in another district and called them in to assist in building a complete cost-effective program for district.

How We Solved It

Massco visited each building and conducted an in-depth facility audit. Once the audits were complete, Massco provided several recommendations for programs including floor care, daily cleaning, paper and hand hygiene. With the introduction of each of these programs Massco provided in-service training with the staff as well as assisted with cleaning equipment recommendations that would increase the productivity of the staff. Since the implementation of each program, Massco continues to make follow-up visits to each of the buildings and follows up with staff to ensure the programs are being followed properly. This process has been both cost-effective for the school district and has also provided a professional program that they can implement with new staff additions.
