The Problem
The client uses several independent contractors to service their cleaning contracts. They wanted to provide a program to their sub-contractors that included cost effective cleaning products and an in-depth training program.
How We Solved It
Massco implemented a cost-effective chemical solution program that included floor care, carpet care as well as daily cleaners. We held several training seminars for both the day and night shift on proper cleaning procedures. The seminars included both classroom and hands on training to ensure the sub-contractors clearly understood how the products are to be used. Once these programs were put in place the company saw a cost reduction as well as happier customers.
